Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after payment but before preparation work has started, you may request a full refund of preparation fees.

Once preparation work has started, fees are refundable only for the portion of work not yet performed. Completed review, preparation, and filing work is not refundable.

Preparation fees are not refundable once a return has been electronically filed and accepted. Fees pay for preparation and filing services, not for a specific refund amount or tax outcome.

If we make a preparation error, we correct it at no additional preparation charge. Contact our team through your portal so we can review the return promptly.

Send a refund request through your portal or by email. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method processed by our payment processor.
