E-Sign Consent

By signing in the RainTax+ Signature Center, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on the document you sign, including e-file authorization forms.

For each signature we record the signer, the document version signed, the date and time, and technical details used to evidence the signing event. You can view and download signed documents in your portal.

You need a current web browser on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop, an active email address, and the ability to view and save PDF documents.

You may withdraw consent to sign electronically by contacting our team. Withdrawing consent may delay preparation and filing, because paper alternatives take additional time.
