When you have a question, you message us inside your portal and a person answers. Nothing is prepared by a chatbot or auto-filed without your review.

RainTax+ is not a CPA firm, a law firm, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the IRS or any state tax agency. We are also not do-it-yourself software. A real tax professional prepares your return.
