Because we handle tax documents and file returns on your behalf, we verify that you are who you say you are before accepting sensitive uploads or payment.

Verification is completed through an authorized third-party verification provider inside your browser. You may be asked to photograph a government-issued ID and take a short selfie for comparison.

RainTax+ receives the verification result and the limited details required for recordkeeping. The verification provider handles the capture process under its own privacy terms.

If verification cannot be completed, our team may request additional review before continuing. Sensitive uploads and payment remain locked until review is resolved.
